About Me

Mrs. Shaner: Welcome to room 114. This is my 2nd year in 2nd grade. I love it! I started my teaching experience at Keystone Elementary teaching 2nd grade and then continued to teach 5 years in the 3rd grade before moving to Kindergarten for 6 years. This will be my 14th year teaching at Keystone Elementary. Before that I taught Early Intervention at the IU6 and 1 year at Head Start. I have an Elementary and Early Childhood Degree. I love teaching and the joy that it brings. Everyday is a unique experience! I have 2 grown sons, a daughter in the High School, and I am also a grandma of a sweet grandson that will be 2 years old! I love to go to the beach in the summer. I also enjoy reading.
